TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
Consumers have an unconditional right to cancel the order within the cooling-off period. To cancel a contracting consumer must inform 24 Karat Sea Moss. Canceling the contract means it ends all obligations for both parties.
DAMAGES/REFUNDS
In event of cancellation, 24 Karat Sea Moss must reimburse any delivery payment received from the consumer up to the amount consumers would have paid if consumers had picked the least expensive delivery option.
In the event goods are returned and where the value of goods diminished by the consumer, the 24 Karat Sea Moss may recover this value by deducting it from the reimbursement. Consumer must bear the direct cost of returning the goods, and the 24 Karat Sea Moss will not be responsible for it.
